Larteymon Crumble
Ingredients
- 4 Bramley Apples
- 125g Tinned Pineapple
- Pineapple juice
- 50g Blueberries
- 60g Sultanas
- 200g plain flour
- 115g brown sugar
- 135g butter
- pinch of salt
Steps
Make the filling:
- Cut up the apple
- Put the apple in a saucepan
- Add some pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, blueberries and sultanas
- Add a sprinkle cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg and all spice
- Cook until soft
- Put in a baking dish
Make the topping:
- Cut up the butter
- Rub it into the flour, salt and sugar
- Put it on top of the filling
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden
